Neil Harris: podcast appearances and interviews

Neil Harris is an English professional football manager and former footballer. He is known for his role as the manager of Cambridge United in the EFL League One, having previously managed other clubs including Millwall and Cardiff City. Harris played as a striker during his football career and is notable for being Millwall's all-time record goalscorer with 138 goals in all competitions. He surpassed the previous record held by Teddy Sheringham during a match against Crewe Alexandra. Harris made a total of 432 appearances for Millwall, ranking him among the club's most frequent players. His playing career included stints at Cambridge City, Cardiff City, Nottingham Forest, Gillingham, and Southend United. Harris retired from professional football in June 2013 and transitioned into coaching, initially at Millwall. He briefly served as caretaker-manager at Millwall in early 2014 and was appointed as the club's permanent manager in April 2015. His managerial career extended to Cardiff City starting in November 2019. In January 2022, Harris was appointed manager of Gillingham on a two-and-a-half-year contract. Later in 2023, he joined Cambridge United before returning to Millwall. After his tenure at Millwall, Harris rejoined Cambridge United as first team manager and led them to promotion from League Two in 2026.
