Nasty C: podcast appearances and interviews

Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, known professionally as Nasty C, is a South African rapper, songwriter, and record producer born on February 11, 1997. He gained recognition through the release of three mixtapes and two EPs before debuting with the album Bad Hair in 2016. His subsequent album Strings and Bling was released in 2018 and was supported by his first tour, The Ivyson Tour. In 2020, Ngcobo signed a joint venture deal with Def Jam Records, a move that led to the release of his official United States single 'There They Go,' which contributed to his international recognition. Later that year, he released his third studio album, Zulu Man with Some Power, the first under his new label. Continuing his musical output, Nasty C released a mixtape titled The Ivyson Army in September 2022. His recent work includes the singles No More in June 2023 and Crazy Crazy in July 2023. Ngcobo's early career was marked by notable achievement when he became the youngest recipient of the Best Freshman Award at the 2015 South African Hip Hop Awards, an honor he shared with Aewon Wolf and others.
