Myron Rolle: podcast appearances and interviews

Myron L. Rolle, born on October 30, 1986, is an American pediatric neurosurgeon and former professional football safety. He played college football at Florida State University and was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL draft. Following his football career, he pursued medical education at the Florida State University College of Medicine. Rolle completed his neurosurgery residency at Harvard Medical School in partnership with Massachusetts General Hospital and subsequently earned a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Currently, he practices as a pediatric neurosurgeon at Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, Florida. In addition to his medical training, Rolle was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship, which enabled him to study at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University, during the 2009–10 academic year, earning an MSc in Medical Anthropology. Recognized for his intelligence, he was named the second-smartest athlete in sports by the Sporting News in 2010. His professional achievements extend beyond medicine and sports, as he was announced as a member of the board of directors for Abiomed, a member of the S&P 500, on February 17, 2021.
