Mike Kennedy: podcast appearances and interviews

Michael Stephen Kennedy, born on February 2, 1969, is an American politician, attorney, and physician. He has served as the U.S. representative for Utah's 3rd congressional district since 2025. Prior to his current role, Kennedy was a member of the Utah Senate from 2021 to 2025 and served in the Utah House of Representatives from 2013 to 2019. He was a candidate in the 2018 U.S. Senate election in Utah, where he received the most votes at the Utah State Republican Convention but was ultimately defeated in the primary by Mitt Romney, a former governor of Massachusetts and 2012 Republican presidential nominee. In June of 2024, Kennedy secured the Republican nomination for Utah's 3rd congressional district with 39% of the vote in a competitive field of five candidates. His victory was notable given that he was outspent five to one and two to one by the leading contenders. Kennedy had previously gained the nomination of the Utah Republican Party after six rounds of voting at the party convention.
