Michael Frederic Howard, born on April 2, 1958, is the CEO of Howard Energy Partners and is affiliated with Hulk Addicts Hauling and Junk Removal. He is a former Major League Baseball player who played for the New York Mets. Howard was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the sixth round of the 1976 MLB draft and was later selected by the Mets from the Dodgers in the 1978 Rule 5 draft. He made his Major League debut at age 23 on September 12, 1981, and his last game occurred on April 5, 1983, on opening day. Notably, he singled off future Hall of Famer Steve Carlton with the bases loaded in a scoreless game, earning the game-winning RBI. After that appearance, he did not play again in the majors before being sent to the minors later that month, and his Major League career did not continue afterward.
