Mike Hartman: podcast appearances and interviews

Michael Jay Hartman, born on February 7, 1967, is the founder and CEO of PreHealth. He is a former professional ice hockey player who competed in the National Hockey League for 13 seasons, playing a total of 397 games. During his career, Hartman was a member of the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning, and New York Rangers. He was drafted in the seventh round, 131st overall, by the Sabres in the 1986 NHL entry draft. Hartman played Canadian junior hockey with the Belleville Bulls and North Bay Centennials of the Ontario Hockey League, where he accumulated 102 points and 473 penalty minutes in 138 games. He represented the United States at the 1987 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships and made his NHL debut later that year, tallying six points in 17 games. Notably, in 1994, Hartman was initially omitted from the Stanley Cup along with teammate Ed Olczyk due to not meeting certain regular season or finals game criteria. However, following protests, the NHL later added their names to the Cup. In recognition of his athletic achievements, Hartman was inducted into the Michigan Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 1995 and the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in 2012.
