Isaiah Mike Caldwell Jr. is an American football coach currently serving as the linebackers coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. Caldwell has a comprehensive background in professional football, having played as a linebacker at Middle Tennessee State University before being selected in the third round of the 1993 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns. Over an 11-season playing career, he appeared with several teams including the Browns, Baltimore Ravens, Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, and Carolina Panthers.
