Mike Anderson: podcast appearances and interviews

Mike Anderson, also known as Michael Moschello Anderson, is an author and a former professional football player. He has written the book Rekindle Your Professional Fire, which focuses on establishing powerful habits to become a more well-balanced teacher. Anderson's background includes a diverse career path that features both military service and professional sports. Before his football career, he served four years in the United States Marine Corps, enlisting out of high school. During his enlistment, he was assigned to the artillery battery of the 11th Marine Regiment and participated in peacekeeping missions overseas in Somalia and Kenya. He was honorably discharged in 1996 as a lance corporal. Anderson later played college football for the Utah Utes before being drafted into the NFL by the Denver Broncos in 2000. He played as a running back for seven seasons, earning recognition as the Associated Press NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in his debut season. His NFL career included five seasons with the Broncos and two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, where he was signed to a four-year contract after being waived by the Broncos. His career concluded in 2008 following the termination of his contract with the Ravens. Currently, Anderson is affiliated with the Iowa Beef Industry Council, reflecting his engagement outside of sports and military service.
