Mick West: podcast appearances and interviews

Mick West is an American science writer, debunker, and retired video game programmer born in 1967. He is known for creating the websites Contrail Science and Metabunk, through which he investigates and debunks pseudoscientific claims and conspiracy theories, including those related to chemtrails and UFOs. West has authored the book Escaping the Rabbit Hole: How to Debunk Conspiracy Theories Using Facts, Logic, and Respect, published in 2018. He has appeared in various media outlets such as The New York Times, CBS, the BBC, CNN, NewsNation, New York Magazine, Radio New Zealand, Popular Mechanics, and Scientific American as an expert conspiracy analyst and science communicator. West has also been involved in the scientific skeptical community, having spoken twice at the Conference of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry and being elected a fellow of the organization in 2020.
