Michael Kaufman: podcast appearances and interviews

Michael Kaufman, born on March 27, 1951, is a Canadian writer, educator, and theorist known for his work in promoting gender equality. He has focused on engaging men and boys to challenge self-destructive ideals of manhood, end violence against women, and foster more equitable gender relations. Kaufman co-founded the White Ribbon Campaign in 1991, which has grown into the largest network of men working globally to end violence against women. Additionally, he co-founded the Men for Women's Choice campaign in 1989 alongside Gordon Cleveland. As a senior fellow of Instituto Promundo, an NGO based in Rio de Janeiro and Washington, D.C., he continues to contribute to research and advocacy efforts aimed at transforming gender norms and promoting social change.
