Michael Katz: podcast appearances and interviews

Michael S. Katz is the C. V. Starr Professor Emeritus of Russian and East European Studies at Middlebury College. He is associated with Trio Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Katz has a background as an American physician and politician from Delaware. He served in the Delaware State Senate representing the 4th district from 2009 to 2013. In addition to his academic career, Katz has been involved in political activities, including making a short-lived bid for President of the United States in the 2020 election. Initially a member of the Democratic Party, he later joined the Independent Party of Delaware and was their nominee for the U.S. Senate in the 2024 election. Subsequently, Katz joined the Republican Party and was nominated by the party for the 2026 U.S. Senate election at its convention.
