Matty Matheson: podcast appearances and interviews

Matty Matheson, born on February 7, 1982, is a Canadian chef and actor known for his role as Neil Fak on the FX series The Bear. He was the executive chef at Parts & Labour, a Toronto-based restaurant that closed permanently on January 1, 2019. Following this, Matheson launched Matty's Patty's Burger Club, a takeout restaurant in Toronto, which opened in December 2020. In April 2022, he expanded his culinary ventures by opening Prime Seafood Palace, also located in Toronto. Matheson has made regular appearances on Vice's show Munchies and has hosted Viceland’s It's Suppertime! and Dead Set on Life, showcasing his engaging presence in both the culinary and entertainment worlds.
