Matt Austin, born Matthew Sadowski on April 20, 1978, is a Canadian actor, writer, musician, and filmmaker. He is best known for his role as Bridge Carson, a character who appeared as the Green Ranger, later becoming the Blue Ranger and then the Red Ranger, in the children's television series Power Rangers S.P.D. Austin reprised his role in 2007 as the Red Ranger in the Power Rangers Operation Overdrive two-part episode, which celebrated the show's 15th anniversary. In addition to his work in acting, Austin is also engaged in writing, music, and filmmaking. Currently, he serves as a co-pastor at University United Methodist Church, where he participates in spiritual leadership and community activities.
