Mark Stevenson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Although he is primarily known for his role in this organization, he has an extensive background in epidemiology, academia, and public health. Stevenson is an Australian professional who has contributed to research and policy advising, particularly in the areas of transport safety and injury prevention. He has directed the Transport, Health, and Urban Systems Research Lab at The University of Melbourne, where he is a professor of Urban Transport and Public Health.
