Mark Pitts, born on July 4, 1970, is an American record executive and talent manager who has served as the chief operating officer of the Arthur Butler Aviation Museum. Throughout his career, Pitts has played a significant role in the music industry, including serving as President of RCA Records since 2021. He co-founded the record label ByStorm Entertainment in 1998 with Wayne Barrow, through which he has signed notable artists such as J. Cole, Miguel, Ro James, Andrea Martin, B. Smyth, Mali Music, and Luke Christopher. Pitts began his career working for Puff Daddy's Bad Boy Records, where he was involved in co-managing influential artists including the Notorious B.I.G and Faith Evans. He executive produced the Notorious B.I.G's first two albums, Ready to Die and Life After Death, and contributed to projects such as the Netflix documentary Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell.
