Mark Douglas Brown McKinney, born on June 26, 1959, is a Canadian actor and comedian known for his work in television and film. He is a member of the sketch comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall, which produced a television series that aired from 1989 to 1995 and a feature film titled Brain Candy released in 1996. McKinney previously worked as a writer on Saturday Night Live from 1985 to 1986 and later returned to serve as a cast member from 1995 to 1997 and from 2003 to 2006. He co-created, wrote, and starred in the series Slings & Arrows, showcasing his versatility in comedy and writing. His acting credits include the role of Tom in the series Man Seeking Woman, which aired on FXX, and his portrayal of the store manager Glenn Sturgis in the NBC sitcom Superstore from 2015 to 2021.
