Mark Lamb: podcast appearances and interviews

Mark Lamb, born on July 14, 1972, is an American law enforcement officer and politician known for his role as the sheriff of Pinal County, Arizona. Serving from January 1, 2017, until December 31, 2024, Lamb has also held a position within the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community police department. As a member of the Republican Party, he ran unopposed for re-election in 2020, demonstrating broad support within the county. In 2024, Lamb sought to transition from law enforcement to the national political stage by running as a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate to replace incumbent Kyrsten Sinema, who did not seek re-election. However, he was defeated in the primary by Kari Lake, finishing second. Lamb stepped down from his role as sheriff at the end of 2024, and Ross Teeple succeeded him on January 1, 2025. Throughout his career, Lamb has been recognized as a prominent figure in Arizona law enforcement and politics.
