Marjane Satrapi: podcast appearances and interviews

Marjane Satrapi was an Iranian and French comic book author, film director, and children's book author. She is best known for her graphic novel Persepolis and its film adaptation, as well as for other works including the graphic novel Chicken with Plums, Woman, Life, Freedom, and the Marie Curie biopic Radioactive. The success of Persepolis established her as one of the most widely read Iranian authors globally. In addition to her writing, she co-directed the film adaptation of Persepolis, becoming the first woman to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
