Lynn Nottage: podcast appearances and interviews

Lynn Nottage is an American playwright born on November 2, 1964. Her work often explores the experiences of working-class individuals, particularly those who are black. Nottage has received significant recognition for her contributions to drama, including winning the Pulitzer Prize for Drama twice. She was awarded these honors in 2009 for her play Ruined and in 2017 for her play Sweat. She is the only woman to have won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama on two occasions. In addition to her theatrical accomplishments, Nottage has been recognized with a MacArthur Genius Fellowship and was named one of Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in 2019. She serves as a professor of playwriting at Columbia University and is an artist-in-residence at the Park Avenue Armory.
