Lydia-Rose Bright is an English television personality born on January 20, 1991. She is best known for her role in the ITVBe reality television series The Only Way Is Essex. Bright has participated in various reality shows including Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls in 2016 and the fourth series of Channel 4's The Jump in 2017. Additionally, she appeared in a celebrity version of The Crystal Maze in 2017 and was featured on BBC's Celebrity Mastermind in 2018, where she competed on the subject of Sex and the City and in the General Knowledge round. Bright also took part in Celebrity Haunted Mansion in February 2018. On February 21, 2020, she gave birth to her first child, a girl named Loretta Rose.
