Lori Gruen: podcast appearances and interviews

Lori Gruen is an American philosopher and ethicist serving as the William Griffin Professor of Philosophy at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. She also holds positions as Professor of Science in Society and Professor of Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the same institution. Gruen specializes in animal ethics and has authored several works, including Ethics and Animals: An Introduction and Entangled Empathy: An Alternative Ethic for Our Relationships with Animals. She is known for creating first100chimps.wesleyan.edu, a memorial dedicated to the first 100 chimpanzees used in research in the United States.
