Liza Treyger: podcast appearances and interviews

Liza Treyger, born in Odessa in 1987, is a Ukrainian-born comedian, actress, and podcast host who was raised in Chicago. She made her television debut on NBC's Last Comic Standing in 2014 and is known for her work as a stand-up comedian. Treyger has performed on various platforms including Late Night with Seth Meyers and Chelsea Lately. Her debut hour-long stand-up special, Night Owl, was released on Netflix in January 2025 to critical acclaim. In addition to her comedy career, she has appeared as an actress in projects such as Netflix's Survival of the Thickest and has had roles in films including Nope and The King of Staten Island. She co-hosts the podcast That's Messed Up: An SVU Podcast alongside fellow comedian and friend Kara Klenk.
