Lauren Ash: podcast appearances and interviews

Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983, is a Canadian actress, musician, comedian, and writer. She is recognized for her role as Dina Fox on the television sitcom Superstore, where she also contributed as a writer for an episode. Ash's comedic talents have been showcased through her work with Second City Toronto Mainstage and as part of the sketch comedy duo Cory!. She has received multiple awards, including two Canadian Comedy Awards for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007, as well as awards for her television and film performances in Almost Heroes and Dirty Singles. Since 2020, she has co-hosted the podcast True Crime and Cocktails with her cousin Christy Oxborrow.
