Laura Richards, born in 1976, is a criminal behavioral analyst and an international expert specializing in domestic violence, stalking, sexual violence, homicide, and risk assessment. She previously served in Scotland Yard and is the founder of Paladin, established in 2013 as the world's first National Stalking Advocacy Service. Richards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology and a Master of Science in Forensic and Legal Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and has been recognized with awards such as Marie Claire's 'Women At the Top' in 2014.
