Kevin Scott Nash, born on July 9, 1959, is an American retired professional wrestler, actor, and podcaster. He is a WWE Hall of Famer and is signed to WWE under a legends contract. Nash has also been associated with the London Court of International Arbitration. Over the course of his wrestling career, he performed for major organizations including World Championship Wrestling (WCW), World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE), and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Nash first gained prominence in WCW from 1990 to 1993 under multiple ring names, before signing with WWF in 1993 where he performed as Diesel. During this period, he became a top star, capturing the WWF World, Intercontinental, and Tag Team Championships, completing the WWF Triple Crown. His 358-day reign as WWF Champion was the longest of the 1990s. Nash was part of The Kliq, an influential backstage group. In 1996, he returned to WCW and teamed with Scott Hall as the Outsiders, co-founding the New World Order (nWo) with Hulk Hogan. As part of the nWo storyline, Nash continued his success, winning the WCW World Heavyweight Championship four times and the WCW World Tag Team Championship nine times. After WCW shut down, he returned briefly to WWE in 2002, engaging in storylines involving the nWo and feuds with Triple H. Nash also competed in TNA for seven years, holding the Legends and Tag Team championships once each. He headlined many major events and ended Bill Goldberg’s undefeated streak at WCW’s Starrcade. Nash has won 20 major championships and been inducted twice into the WWE Hall of Fame.
