Ken Blanchard: podcast appearances and interviews

Kenneth Hartley Blanchard, born on May 6, 1939, is an American author, business consultant, and motivational speaker with a prolific output of more than 70 books, most of which were co-authored. His most successful work, The One Minute Manager, has sold over 15 million copies and has been translated into numerous languages. Blanchard is also known for co-creating the Situational Leadership theory with Dr. Paul Hersey, which was developed while working on the textbook Management of Organizational Behavior. In 1979, he and his wife, Marjorie Blanchard, founded Blanchard, an international management training and consulting firm, where he serves as the chief spiritual officer.
