LeVaughn Kelly Campbell, born on July 23, 1980, has served as the Vice Provost for Academic Programs and as the Senior Diversity Officer in Academic Affairs. He is affiliated with the Methodist Home for Children. Campbell's background includes a career as a professional football player, during which he was a wide receiver in the National Football League and the Canadian Football League. He was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2002 and played high school football at Mays High School in Atlanta. He played college football for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. In his professional football career, Campbell was also a member of the Miami Dolphins, Edmonton Eskimos, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
