Keith Yandle: podcast appearances and interviews

Keith Michael Yandle is an American former professional ice hockey defenseman known for his extensive playing career in the National Hockey League. Born on September 9, 1986, Yandle was drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes in the fourth round of the 2005 NHL entry draft, 105th overall. He played junior hockey for the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, where he was recognized as the Canadian Hockey League defenceman of the year. Yandle's NHL debut came in 2006, and he soon established himself as a leading offensive defenseman. Over the course of his career, he played 1,109 games for the Arizona Coyotes, New York Rangers, Florida Panthers, and Philadelphia Flyers. Notably, he led the Coyotes in points during the 2012–13 and 2013–14 seasons. Yandle is also recognized for his durability; he holds the second-longest NHL ironman streak of consecutive games played, with 989, and during the 2020–21 season, he became only the third player in NHL history to record 900 consecutive games. He surpassed Doug Jarvis's previous record as the longest streak on January 25, 2022, after playing his 965th consecutive game. In addition to his hockey career, Yandle is a co-host of the podcast Spittin Chiclets, which has gained popularity in the hockey community.
