Jordan Belfort: podcast appearances and interviews

Jordan Ross Belfort, born July 9, 1962, is an American former stockbroker and businessman known for his involvement in stock-market manipulation and penny-stock scams. In 1999, he pleaded guilty to fraud and related crimes associated with operating a boiler room and engaging in financial schemes. Belfort served 22 months in prison following an agreement that involved cooperating with authorities. During his time in custody, he became an informant for the FBI, using a covert listening device to provide testimony against many of his partners and subordinates. In 2007, he published a memoir titled The Wolf of Wall Street, which recounts his experiences in the finance industry. The book was adapted into a film directed by Martin Scorsese and released in 2013, where Belfort was portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio.
