John Harbaugh: podcast appearances and interviews

John William Harbaugh, born on September 23, 1962, is an American football coach currently serving as the head coach for the New York Giants. He has a long coaching history in the National Football League, having previously been the head coach for the Baltimore Ravens for 18 seasons. During his tenure with the Ravens, Harbaugh led the team to 193 wins, making him the coach with the third-most wins in the NFL during that period, and he surpassed Brian Billick to become the franchise's winningest coach. He guided the Ravens to 13 winning seasons and 24 playoff game appearances, the second-most by any NFL head coach since 2008, and is notable for being the only NFL head coach to win a playoff game in six of his first seven seasons. Harbaugh also achieved significant success in the postseason with six AFC North division titles, four AFC Championship appearances, and a franchise-record 14-2 season in 2019. He was credited with a Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl XLVII in 2012 when the Ravens defeated the San Francisco 49ers, a team coached by his brother Jim Harbaugh. Outside of his coaching achievements, John Harbaugh comes from a family deeply involved in football; his father Jack served for 45 years in various coaching roles. After being fired from the Ravens in January 2026, he was hired two weeks later as the head coach of the New York Giants.
