John Catsimatidis: podcast appearances and interviews

John A. Catsimatidis is an American billionaire businessman, radio talk show host, and actor born on September 7, 1948. He holds the positions of owner, president, chairman, and CEO of grocery chains Gristedes and D'Agostino Supermarkets located in Manhattan. He is also the head of the Red Apple Group, a company involved in real estate and aviation with approximately two billion dollars in holdings across New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Catsimatidis is the chairman and CEO of the Red Apple Group subsidiary United Refining Company.

Catsimatidis hosts two radio programs, The Cats Roundtable on WABC and Cats at Night, both of which are prominent talk shows. His acquisition of the WABC radio station was initiated in 2019 and was finalized in March 2020 after regulatory delays. Beyond his business activities, Catsimatidis ran as a candidate for the Republican nomination for the mayor of New York City in 2013, where he was the runner-up in the election.
