Jim Rugg, born on February 1, 1977, is an American cartoonist and illustrator from Pittsburgh. He is recognized for his humorous and nostalgic references to 1970s comics and popular culture. Rugg has created several graphic novels and comic collections, including Street Angel, Afrodisiac, The P.L.A.I.N. Janes and Janes in Love, One Model Nation, and The Guild.
