Jenny Tian: podcast appearances and interviews

Jeanne Tian, born on 24 July 1995, is an Australian comedian recognized for her presence on TikTok and YouTube. She was born in Finland to Chinese parents and moved to Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, at the age of three and a half. Tian earned double bachelor's degrees in arts and commerce from the University of New South Wales. Her interest in stand-up comedy was inspired by a performance by Ronny Chieng at her university. Tian debuted her first comedy show, Picture This, in 2023 and performed Chinese Australian: A Tale of Internet Fame at the Wellington Fringe and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2024. She has appeared on television programs such as Celebrity Letters and Numbers and The Feed, and was a contestant on the second season of Taskmaster Australia. Tian also hosts the podcast The Parasocial Social Club with Kevin Jin and participated as a contestant on Claire Hooper's House of Games in 2025. As of 2024, she is represented by Creative Representation. In July 2024, it was announced that she would be co-creating a comedy series titled Supermarket with Patrick Golamco, with the project supported by Screen Australia.
