Jenny Lynn: podcast appearances and interviews

Jenny Lynn was an American professional figure competitor affiliated with the International Federation of Bodybuilders. She began weight training after high school, initially working as an aerobics instructor and competitor. Lynn earned her professional status at the 2001 USA Championships and competed in four professional fitness contests in 2002. When the figure category was established in 2003, she transitioned from fitness to figure competition. Lynn achieved notable success in her career, winning consecutive Figure Olympia titles in 2006 and 2007. She retired from competitive bodybuilding following the 2009 Olympia competition. Born in February 1971, Jenny Lynn passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 49, due to a seizure.
