Jennifer Saunders: podcast appearances and interviews

Jennifer Jane Saunders, born on 6 July 1958, is an English comedian, actress, singer, impressionist, satirist, and screenwriter. She first gained recognition in the 1980s as a member of The Comic Strip after graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Saunders often collaborated with her best friend and comedy partner, Dawn French, with whom she co-wrote and starred in the sketch show French and Saunders. In the 1990s, she earned widespread acclaim for her role as Edina Monsoon in the sitcom Absolutely Fabulous, a performance that showcased her writing and acting talents. Saunders's work has been recognized with awards including a BAFTA Fellowship, which she received in 2009 along with French.
