Jeff Rogers is an American professional who has transitioned from a career as a soccer player to roles as a seminar instructor, keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and results coach at Big Green IT. Born on December 5, 1964, Rogers began his athletic career in professional indoor and outdoor soccer leagues, including the Major Indoor Soccer League, the American Indoor Soccer League, the National Professional Soccer League, the American Professional Soccer League, and the USISL. He attended San Diego State University, where he played one season for the Aztecs, and later joined the Dallas Sidekicks after being scouted during an exhibition game. Throughout his soccer career, he played for various teams such as the Milwaukee Wave, Atlanta Attack, Arizona Condors, Salt Lake Sting, Colorado Foxes, Kansas City Attack, Albany Alleycats, Tampa Bay Terror, and Baltimore Spirit. Rogers received numerous accolades including being named most improved player, player of the week, and first team all-star. He also contributed to championship-winning teams and led in various statistical categories. After retiring from professional soccer in June 1996, he co-founded the Tucson Soccer Academy in August 2000. Leveraging his extensive experience in team dynamics, performance, and leadership, Rogers now focuses on training and coaching in corporate settings, applying principles learned on the field to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
