Randy Jay Jackson, born on October 27, 1987, is an Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and systems strategist involved with the Fremont Unified School District. Jackson played as a pitcher in Major League Baseball for several teams including the San Diego Padres, Milwaukee Brewers, San Francisco Giants, Atlanta Braves, Toronto Blue Jays, and Minnesota Twins. He also competed internationally in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp and Chiba Lotte Marines. Jackson played collegiate baseball at Furman University before being drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the ninth round of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft.
