Jay Hill: podcast appearances and interviews

Jay Leroy Hill, born on March 16, 1975, is a Baltimore native known for his work as a radio personality and motivational speaker. With a background deeply rooted in athletics, he played football as a cornerback at the University of Utah from 1998 to 1999. Following his playing career, Hill spent significant time involved in coaching, serving as an assistant coach for the University of Utah from 2001 to 2013. Later, he was the head football coach at Weber State University from 2014 to 2022, where he became the program's all-time winningest head coach. His coaching career continued with a role as the defensive coordinator and associate head coach at Brigham Young University from 2023 to 2025. Known for his motivational speaking as well as his radio presence, Hill has established a reputation for leadership and influence both on and off the field.
