Jason Richardson: podcast appearances and interviews

Jason Anthoney Richardson Sr. is a former professional basketball player who played 14 seasons in the National Basketball Association. He was selected by the Golden State Warriors as the fifth overall pick in the 2001 NBA draft after playing college basketball for the Michigan State Spartans. During his NBA career, Richardson also played for the Charlotte Bobcats, Phoenix Suns, Orlando Magic, and Philadelphia 76ers. He is well known for his dunking ability and shooting skills. Early in his career, Richardson won the NBA Dunk Contest in 2002 and 2003, becoming the second player after Michael Jordan to win it in consecutive years. Over time, he became a more proficient shooter, leading the league in three-pointers made from the 2007-08 to 2011-12 seasons with a total of 820. Since 2021, Richardson has remained active in professional basketball as a player for Tri-State of the BIG3. Outside of his playing career, Richardson is associated with J. Rich Apparel.
