James Urbaniak: podcast appearances and interviews

James Christian Urbaniak, born on September 17, 1963, is an American actor known for his work as a character actor. He has appeared in multiple films directed by Hal Hartley, including roles as Simon Grim in Henry Fool (1997), Fay Grim (2006), and Ned Rifle (2014). Urbaniak portrayed Robert Crumb in the film American Splendor (2003). On television, he played Grant Grunderschmidt on the series Review from 2014 to 2017 and Arthur Tack on Difficult People from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, he provided the voice for Dr. Thaddeus Rusty Venture in the animated series The Venture Brothers, which aired on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim from 2003 to 2023.
