Ian Andrews is the Executive Director of Field and Industrial Labor Relations at Liverpool Victoria. Born on December 1, 1964, in Nottingham, he has a background as a professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. His playing career included appearances in the Football League for Leicester City, Swindon Town, Leeds United, Southampton, and AFC Bournemouth, as well as in the Scottish Premier Division for Celtic. Andrews was also capped by England at the under-21 level. His last league appearance was for Bournemouth in 1996. After his playing career, he worked as a goalkeeping coach and physiotherapist for Leicester City and remained involved in football, serving as an unused substitute during the 2001-02 season. He later joined TeamBath as a physiotherapist in 2004. Andrews is an alumnus of Manchester Metropolitan University, and his career transitioned from sports to labor relations, where he now holds a prominent leadership role at Liverpool Victoria.
