Hunter Edward Moore, born on March 9, 1986, in Sacramento, California, is known for his role as a Nevada State Wrestling Champion and is affiliated with Kansas City WildLands. Moore gained notoriety for creating the revenge porn website Is Anyone Up? in 2010, a platform that allowed users to post sexually explicit photos of individuals without their consent, often accompanied by personal information. He refused requests to remove content and publicly called himself a 'professional life ruiner.' Moore also took actions to obtain private photos by paying a hacker to access victims' email accounts. The website remained operational for 16 months before the FBI began an investigation in 2012, leading to its closure and sale to an anti-bullying organization. Moore later pleaded guilty to felony charges including aggravated identity theft and aiding and abetting in unauthorized computer access.
