Robert Hunter Biden, born on February 4, 1970, is an American artist, former attorney, and businessman. He is the second son of former president Joe Biden and his first wife, Neilia Hunter Biden. Biden has served on the boards of several companies, including BHR Partners, a Chinese investment company, where he was a founding board member in 2013. He also served on the board of Burisma Holdings, one of Ukraine's largest private natural gas producers, from 2014 until his term ended in April 2019.
