Heidi Ann Ganahl is an American businesswoman, entrepreneur, and author who was born on September 9, 1966. She is the founder and former CEO of Camp Bow Wow, an international pet care franchise. Ganahl served as an elected member of the University of Colorado Board of Regents, having been elected to the position in November 2016. She has been involved in various leadership roles within the business and educational communities. As of 2026, she is recognized as the most recent Republican to hold statewide office in Colorado. In the 2022 election, Ganahl was the Republican candidate for governor of Colorado but was defeated by the incumbent Democrat Jared Polis.
