Heather Moore: podcast appearances and interviews

Heather Moore is the founder and CEO of Pet Centric Health. She is an engineer from Michigan with a background in construction management and construction productivity. Moore has held various roles at MCA, including Vice President of Operations, Manager of Research, and Assistant Implementer. Her academic background includes a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Michigan State University. Her doctoral research focused on applications of information entropy within construction. She has contributed to the field through numerous publications; her work has influenced innovations in construction development. Moore has co-authored two books alongside Perry Daneshgari that address improving productivity on construction sites. She has also published articles in industry-specific magazines such as Construction Executive, IEC Insights Magazine, ASTM publications, and Electrical Construction & Management Magazine.
