Haley Carter, born on June 21, 1984, is a former United States Marine Corps officer and retired professional soccer player. She has held various leadership roles within women's soccer organizations, including serving as the vice president of soccer operations and sporting director for Orlando Pride in the National Women's Soccer League. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing soccer operations and contributing to the development of the team leading up to its 2024 championship victory. Carter's experience extends beyond club level as she has served as an assistant coach for the Afghanistan women's national team and as a goalkeeper coach for the Antigua and Barbuda women's national team. She is currently the president of soccer operations for the Washington Spirit, another NWSL club, where she continues to influence the sport through strategic leadership and development efforts.
