Gregg Phillips: podcast appearances and interviews

Gregg Allen Phillips, born on October 13, 1960, is an American who has held several positions in government agencies. He served as the head of the Office of Response and Recovery at the Federal Emergency Management Agency and previously led the Mississippi Department of Human Services. Additionally, he was the deputy commissioner of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Phillips is known for his association with controversial claims related to election fraud. He authored a tweet cited by then-President Donald Trump that falsely alleged, without evidence, that between three and five million non-citizens voted in the 2016 elections. Phillips also acted as the executive producer of the political film 2000 Mules, directed by Dinesh D'Souza, which promoted a discredited conspiracy theory about election fraud. He was a partner in the project through the Texas-based organization True the Vote, which claimed widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election without providing evidence to support its allegations.
