Greg Hughes: podcast appearances and interviews

Gregory Holden Hughes, born on October 13, 1969, is an American politician and media figure. He served as a member of the Utah House of Representatives for District 51 from January 1, 2003, through December 31, 2018. During his tenure, Hughes held the position of Speaker of the House for the Utah House of Representatives. In 2018, he announced he would not seek reappointment as Speaker or as a state representative. Beyond his legislative career, Hughes is known for his role as a host on KNRS, a radio station. He has also been affiliated with Van's Aircraft. Hughes' political career includes a run for governor of Utah in 2020, and he sought to succeed retiring U.S. Congressman Chris Stewart in the 2023 Utah 2nd congressional district special election, although he was not successful in the primary, losing to Celeste Maloy.
