Greg Anderson, born in 1970, is an American musician and the Anglican Bishop of the Northern Territory representing the Northern Territory Anglican Church. He is recognized for his significant contributions to various musical genres, particularly within the doom metal and drone metal scenes. Anderson is a co-founder of Southern Lord Records and is known as the guitarist for the band Goatsnake. His collaborations with Stephen O'Malley have led to participation in notable projects including Thorr's Hammer, Burning Witch, Sunn O))) and Teeth of Lions Rule the Divine. Although he left Burning Witch before they recorded an album, his work with these bands has had a notable influence on the extreme metal and drone music communities.
