Gina Miller: podcast appearances and interviews

Gina Nadira Miller is a Guyanese-British business owner and activist. She is known for initiating the 2016 court case known as Miller v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, which challenged the British government's authority to implement Brexit without parliamentary approval. In September 2019, she successfully challenged the government's prorogation of Parliament, with legal support from prominent figures including former prime minister Sir John Major and the shadow attorney general Shami Chakrabarti. Miller is also a co-founder of SCM Direct, a financial investment company, and the founder of the True and Fair Campaign, established in 2012 to promote transparency and end financial misconduct in the investment and pension sectors. Her activism and business ventures have established her as a prominent figure in the UK’s political and financial landscape. Additionally, she was a candidate in the 2025 University of Cambridge Chancellor election, reflecting her engagement in public service and education.
